By agreeing, you are obligated to follow all the terms stated below.To reserve a slot, new clients must pay in full. Regular clients (3+ past orders) may pay 50% down payment. Work starts based on your slot number. No link will be given to clients with unsettled balances.If a client cancels, only 50% of the full price will be refunded to cover the commissioner's effort.ㅤAdditional Charges Apply for the Following:3.1. RUSH ORDERS (within 3 days) — expect an extra charge of 10PhP to 100PhP, depending on the urgency and difficulty of the commission.
Reminder: Once a rush order is placed, non-rush pending orders (EXCEPT those submitted more than 2 weeks ago and academic commissions) will be moved. Rush orders are prioritized but with limited slot only.
3.2. REVISIONS — Once the order has started, the client will receive a notice. Any details not included in the original instructions (e.g., color changes, theme adjustments, added pictures) will incur an additional fee of 5PhP to 100PhP, depending on the difficulty.Free Revision Policy:
(a) Give feedback within 1 day to qualify for a free revision. (Note: Feedback is different from a vouch.)
(b) QR code payment opt to qualify for 1 free revision.
reminder: Clients must meet both conditions and request a free revision within 12 hours of receiving the order; otherwise, the free revision will be void.Pace of finishing orders depends on the slot number, the commissioner's availability, the quantity and difficulty of each order. Expect a working process of at least 5 days to 2 weeks without any rush fees.The commissioners have the right to decline any requests or changes that are outside their scope or not included in the filled-out form.
